On the weekend, we put up our new gazebo in preparation for all the sunshine. The last one collapsed under the weight of this past winter's snow (There's another lesson learned the hard way!). So far, it hasn't even done a good job of keeping the table dry, but I have faith that soon, it will cool me down on many a hot day. In the meantime, though, the grey clouds will stay in the sky and the rain will continue to water the gardens. What would the "Wet Coast" be without it?
The good news is, the weatherman is predicting lots of high temperatures for the coming long weekend. Vive le soleil!
